1. Booking and Confirmation
When you make a reservation with Archway Limo, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. Once confirmed, we will be prepared to serve you at the date and time specified in your reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Up to 2 Hours Before Reservation: Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the reservation time are eligible for a full refund.
- Within 2 Hours of Reservation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the reservation time are non-refundable.
3. Refunds Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- A full refund is provided if the reservation is canceled within the allowed time frame.
- In the event of unused or undelivered services, requests will be reviewed individually. For exceptional cases, please contact our customer support team.
4. Modification Policy
